What type of paper do you use for the prints?All prints are made using Hahnemühle Bamboo paper. This is a lightly textured bright white matte paper which produces brilliant colours and contrast and deep blacks. It has the added advantage of being a sustainable paper made entirely from natural raw materials (60% hemp and 40% cotton) without the use of pesticides and chemicals, and while using substantially less water.

What is giclée printing?It’s a type of inkjet printing using pigment inks which last longer than cheaper dye or solvent inks. Treated carefully these prints will last 75 years or more. Giclée is the highest quality printing method available today and is the standard used by galleries and museums.

You're based in Australia, but the prints are delivered from the UK/EU. Why is that?We work with theprintspace to fulfil print orders. Theprintspace is a leading fine art printer based in London and with operations in multiple countries. That is why, depending on where you live, your order will be shipped from the United Kingdom or Germany. Partnering with theprintspace allows us to offer more options such as framed prints and get your order to you quicker and safer with free shipping. We also share many common values such as using sustainable and carbon neutral business practices.

I’m not familiar with the sizes. What do they mean?We appreciate different countries use different systems of measurement, so the below table is a guide to the sizes offered. For framed prints the A size is the size of the print and the border. so the printed image itself is slightly smaller. See the Print Size Guide for more information.

Do you offer framed prints?Sure. You can choose from different framing options when ordering. Shipping is still free and this is a great way to ensure your print is protected.

Can I order a print that is not in store or order a custom-made size?Of course. All images on this website are available as prints and at any size. Please contact us to discuss what you’re looking for and request a quote.

How long will it take to ship my print?Each print is made to order, and sent to you within 3-5 days of ordering. Timing of when you will receive your print will vary on your location but will be approximately 1 to 2 weeks to the UK or Europe 2 to 3 weeks to North America Other destinations may vary so please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.

How much is shipping?It’s free. We do not charge for shipping for images in the print shop so the price shown is the price you pay. If however yours is a custom order we may need to charge shipping, though this will be quoted to you before purchasing so you will see the cost before accepting the quote and proceeding. Shipping is also fully carbon neutral, tracked & insured.

What is your return policy?Each print is made to order and are so we're not able to provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please be sure of your purchase before ordering and feel free to contact us with any questions. If however your print is damaged during transit or defective we will of course replace it for you at no cost. You will need to provide photographic evidence to show evidence of the damage to both the print and the packaging to do this, and claims for replacements will need to be submitted within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date.
